Elegant Marquee Hire for Beautiful Events

The number of guests depends on the size of the structure and how it is styled.

4m Boho Marquee
• Up to 16 guests for private dining
• Up to 24 guests for luxury picnic styling
• Up to 25 guests for standing receptions or cocktail gatherings

5m Boho Marquee
• Up to 32  guests for private dining
• Up to 40 guests for luxury picnic styling
• Up to 40 guests for standing receptions or cocktail gatherings

If you’re planning a larger event, multiple pavilions can be combined to create different zones such as dining areas, lounge spaces, bars or reception areas.

If you’re unsure which size is best for your event, we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect setup.

We are based in CM22 (Essex) and typically travel up to 100 miles for our events.

This comfortably covers Essex, Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas. If your event is slightly outside this radius, please still get in touch — we’re always happy to discuss options depending on the event location.

Travel costs of 50p per mile may apply for venues further than 20 miles from our base.

We require a flat, clear area slightly larger than the structure itself to allow for safe setup.

• Requires at least 6m x 6m of clear space

Dome / Luxe Igloo
• Requires at least 4m x 4m of clear space

The area should be relatively level and free from obstacles such as overhanging trees, garden furniture or play equipment. Our structures can be set up on grass, gravel, artificial grass or hard-standing.

For installation we will require:
• Side access to the garden or event space
• On-site parking for a car and trailer

If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, feel free to send us a photo and measurements and we’ll happily advise.

Our Indian boho marquees are based on overnight hire. Setup usually takes place earlier in the day ahead of your event, and collection is arranged for the following morning.

This allows you to fully enjoy your celebration without feeling rushed and gives you plenty of time to relax and make the most of the space.

If you would like to keep the marquee for an additional night, this can usually be arranged for an extra charge. Please let us know when booking so we can check availability.

If you have specific timing requirements for your event, feel free to get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Of course! While our Indian boho marquees and pavilions create beautiful event spaces, they are not required for every booking.

Many of our setups can be hired on their own, including luxury picnics, movie nights, tablescapes, furniture and styling props.

These options are perfect if you already have a venue, marquee or indoor space and would simply like us to create a beautifully styled setting for your event.

If you’re unsure what would work best for your celebration, we’re always happy to help design the perfect setup for your space.

The deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable.

If you have paid the full balance and wish to cancel your booking, we require at least 21 days’ notice before the scheduled setup date. In this case, we will refund 50% of the hire charge.

If less than 21 days’ notice is given, the full booking amount will be forfeited or can be used against a new booking.

Your safety is our highest priority. If we deem that the booking cannot go ahead due to extreme weather (at our discretion) we will offer a full refund. 

For our Indian boho  pavilions, please allow up to 2–3 hours for installation and styling.

Luxury picnics, movie nights and styled dinner tablescapes usually take around 1.5-2 hours to set up.

If you have booked multiple elements or a larger event setup, installation may take longer to ensure everything is styled perfectly.

We will always confirm setup timing with you ahead of your event to make sure everything is ready in plenty of time.

Our setups are designed for outdoor events and have water resistant protection. However, severe weather conditions such as high winds, extreme rainfall, storms or other unsafe conditions may prevent us from safely installing the marquee or setup.

We monitor the weather forecast closely in the days leading up to your event. In the unlikely event that conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment, we reserve the right to delay, cancel or reschedule the setup.

Where possible, we will work with you to move your booking to an alternative date or venue. If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a full refund.
