The igloo, dome and cabana are perfect for movie nights and dinner parties up to 6 people but we have had many occasions where we have seated up to 8 people – it’s just a little more cosy. The boho marquee can seat up to 12 people for dinner.

The igloo and cabana can comfortably seat 10 for a luxe picnic, whereas the boho marquee can seat up to 16 for a picnic. 

We will travel no more than 40 miles of Harlow in Essex (CM17). Any bookings further than 15 miles from our base, will be subject to a small delivery charge. Please get in touch with your location to find out the cost of delivery.

To set up any of our structures, we require a relatively flat, clear surface of at least 4m x 4m, free from overhanging trees, garden furniture and play equipment, which can be grass, gravel, artificial grass or hard-standing. We will also need access to a plug, a side entrance to your garden and onsite parking for a car and trailer.

Our prices are all based on overnight hire (unless stated otherwise)- set up is usually early afternoon and collection is the following morning. If you have any special requests please let us know before booking to ensure that we can set up your event in good time. Subject to availability, each additional night is £100 extra.

Please note that no equipment can be left outdoors overnight therefore we kindly request that you bring our equipment and all of the associated styling pieces into your home or in the igloo/dome/boho marquee (zipped up) for the evening. 

Gasps! You don’t want our dome.. *takes a deep breath* Just kidding, of course you can! Our luxe picnic, movie night, hot tub, tablescape set-ups, neon signs, furniture and props can all be hired without one of these structures.

Luckily Boris loved our domes as much as we do, so we were able to trade through Tier 4 restrictions. Our equipment and furnishings are all disinfected before each set-up and we install them contact-free.

Your safety is our highest priority, so in the event that your booking cannot take place due to self-isolation or if the lockdown restrictions change, a credit note will be issued for you to reschedule with us up to 1 year from the booking date. Refunds will not be given.

Wherever possible, we strongly recommend we fill the hot tub using a tap which has access to a hot water supply. If we were to fill with cold water, it can take up to 12 hours to heat the hot tub to the required temperature.

If you have a combi boiler, the hot tub will be ready for use immediately. If you have a conventional boiler, it can take up to 7 hours to heat using half hot water and half cold. We have lots of tap fixings to connect our hose onto your tap – we would require a picture of your tap beforehand to work out the best method to fill the tub. 

Setup duration varies depending on the service you require.

When booking an igloo, dome, cabana or boho marquee, it is advisable to allow up to 2.5 hours for set up.

Picnics, movie nights and dinner party table setups will take approximately 1 – 1.5 hours. 

Hot tubs take approximately 2 hours to set up, fill and sanitise – an igloo set up with the hot tub will take approximately 3 hours. 

Absolutely! You can remove or add extras to your booking no less than 2 weeks before the event. Should you wish to cancel your booking please do let me know as soon as possible. The cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions (attached to the booking form).
