The igloo and dome are perfect for up to 6 people but we have had occasions where we have seated up to 8 people. The boho marquee can seat 12 for an intimate dinner of 25 for a standing cocktail party.

We will travel no more than 75 miles of Harlow in Essex (CM17). This covers Essex, Hertfordshire, London, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Suffolk and Kent. Any bookings further than 15 miles from our base, will be subject to a delivery charge of 50p per mile. Please get in touch with your location to find out the cost of delivery.

To set up our dome and igloo, we require a relatively flat, clear surface of at least 4m x 4m, free from overhanging trees, garden furniture and play equipment, which can be grass, gravel, artificial grass or hard-standing. We will also need access to a plug, a side entrance to your garden, onsite parking for a car and trailer.

Our igloo and dome prices are based on overnight hire – set up is usually early afternoon and collection is the following morning. If you have any special requests please let us know before booking to ensure that we can set up for the event in good time. These packages can be extended for an additional night for £100 extra.

Standard day hire for the picnic or movie night is 6hrs following the completion of setup. We will arrive no later than 10.30 pm to pack down the movie night or  8pm for the picnic. If you wish to enjoy the party later into the evening we offer an overnight upgrade for £50 and we will return the following day to pack down. Please note that no equipment can be left outdoors overnight therefore we kindly request that you bring our equipment and all of the associated styling pieces into your home or in the igloo/dome (zipped up) for the evening. 

Gasps! You don’t want our dome.. *takes a deep breath* Just kidding, of course you can! Our picnics, movie night, hot tub,  tablescapes, furniture and props can all be hired without the igloo or dome.

Luckily Boris loved our domes as much as we do, so we were able to trade through Tier 4 restrictions. Our equipment and furnishings are all disinfected before each set-up and we install them contact-free.

Your safety is our highest priority, so in the event that your booking cannot take place due to self-isolation or if the lockdown restrictions change, a credit note will be issued for you to reschedule with us up to 1 year from the booking date. Refunds will not be given. 

The deposit made on booking is non-refundable. If you have paid in full and would like to cancel the booking, as long as we have more than 21 days notice before the set-up, we will refund you 50% of the hire charge. If less than 21 days notice is given, you will forfeit the full booking amount. 

Your safety is our highest priority, so in the event that your booking cannot take place due to COVID-19, a credit note will be issued and will be valid for 1 year from the booking date. Refunds will not be issued.

When booking an igloo, dome or boho marquee, it is advisable to allow up to 2.5 hours for set up.

Picnics, movie nights and dinner party table setups will take approximately 1 – 1.5 hours. 

Hot tubs take approximately 2 hours to set up, fill and sanitise – an igloo set up with the hot tub will take approximately 3 hours.

Absolutely! You can remove or add extras to your booking no less than 2 weeks before the event. Should you wish to cancel your booking please do let me know as soon as possible. The cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions (attached to the booking form).
