I contacted Charlotte in March when I started planning my son’s 5th birthday party. She is so meticulous and pays full attention to all the client’s needs. I had such amazing experience planning my son’s birthday with her. She curated such a beautiful picnic table and the bouncy castle was super hit. Charlotte was beyond amazing. I chose Wild Dreams for a personalised Moroccan themed boho tent set up as well as a formal lunch table set up. I had this vision for my sisters Hen and Charlotte genuinely created the most magical set up. My sister was blown away. She is super friendly, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect.

I was incredibly fortunate to come across Wild Dreams Events while looking on Google for a company that hires out domes to build in your garden for private events. I contacted Charlotte with my date and requirements and she very quickly responded with all the information that I needed. The brilliant thing was not only did she provide the dome structure but also everything to go in it for my special occasion from the basic things like the table and chairs right down to the little details like charger plates and table centres. Dealing with Charlotte was a pleasure and she genuinely couldn’t do enough for me and went over and above in every aspect of the day. For example, I’d sent her some reference pictures from my wedding day (as I had booked for an anniversary dinner set up) and Charlotte even went to the expense of buying some chair drapes that matched the ones that we’d had so that everything looked perfect. The week before the booking I asked her if she’d be able to print some menus for me - of course the answer was yes - and again she went to that extra level of details after seeing our wedding menus and got me to send her our wedding logo so she could match it. Charlotte was super responsive throughout and nothing was ever too much trouble. During set up and collection everything was done quickly and smoothly and the final product was better than I’d even imagined - I’ll admit I did well up when I walked in and it was all done. I count myself beyond lucky to have found her and I wouldn’t hesitate in rebooking or recommending her to anyone.

Charlotte was brilliant from start to finish. Including a last minute time change which was our fault, the whole delivery and set up was seamless, taking all the stress away. From initial contact to executing a very special event for a very special someone, Charlotte and her family team were amazing. All communications were a pleasure, with Charlotte being so helpful and thoughtful. Delivering our vision for a mid-spring day dream for a milestone birthday was important to her and evident in the many lovely touches and on theme styling they carried out. On the day, set up was smooth and the surprise blew the recipient away-they were really moved. Charlotte even helped sharing her wisdom on making other decorations like balloon arches to help us get everything ready in time. Wild dreams are an amazing company! The ‘prettiest’ bouncy castle I could find to create the birthday set up I had in mind, pastel blue. They were both so friendly and helpful. The bouncy castle was cleaned on set up even though it already looked spotless but it’s just nice to know they take such care of their bouncy castles and it really does stand out compared to other companies, so many compliments from our guests and even other suppliers on how lovely it looked/is. Most importantly it is fair to say all the children had the best time bouncing away and going down the slide.They are super quick to set up and pack away which is also amazing. Thank you again, we will definitely be using you again for future parties X

I hired the boho tent with styling for my mums hen do and it was absolutely STUNNING. Pictures do not do it justice! It was the most perfect set up ever. On top of the amazing products, the team were so lovely! And super quick and efficient when setting up. I can’t wait to hire more set ups from wild dreams events in the future !
